These Terms of Service govern your use of lylabeauty.store (the “Site”), operated by Lyla Beauty (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Using this site
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage or impair it.
2. Products and descriptions
We work to describe our products as accurately as possible, including specifications, dimensions and contents. Product images are for illustration; colours may vary slightly between screens, and packaging may change between production batches.
Our products are consumer beauty and wellness devices. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Always read the instructions supplied with your product, and consult a qualified healthcare professional if you have a relevant medical condition or any concerns.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time before you place an order. If a pricing or product error is identified after you order, we will contact you and offer either to proceed at the correct price or to cancel and refund the order in full.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order.
We may decline or cancel an order where the item is unavailable, where there is an error in the listing, or where we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund it in full.
5. Payment
Payment is processed securely through Shopify Checkout and its supported payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
6. Delivery
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed dates.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are covered by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including the Lyla Beauty name, logo, text, layout and original imagery — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. Third-party brand names and product images remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Accuracy of information
Guides and educational content on this Site are provided for general information only. They are not professional, medical or dermatological advice, and should not be relied on as such.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Product safety
You agree to use products in accordance with the instructions supplied and any safety information shown on the product page. Do not use a device if you have a condition, or are taking medication, that makes its use unsuitable without professional advice.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
