Common questions we can answer straight away

Where is my order? Start with Track Your Order, then message us if the tracking has not updated.
Can I return this? The conditions are in our Return & Refund Policy. Contact us before sending anything back.
Is this device right for me? Every product page has a suitability and safety section. If you are still unsure, ask us — particularly with IPL, where hair and skin colour decide whether it will work at all.

Where we deliver

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates. Standard delivery is AED 25, and delivery is free on orders over AED 200. Orders are dispatched in 1–3 business days and typically arrive 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Everything we sell is a cosmetic or wellness device for home use. Nothing we sell is a medical device, and we cannot give medical advice. If you have a skin or health condition, are pregnant, or take photosensitising medication, please speak to a qualified healthcare professional before using any device.

We will never ask you for your full card number, your PIN or an account password. If you receive a message claiming to be from us and asking for any of those, do not reply to it — contact us on the details above instead.
